China To Lead Global Robotics with Advanced Humanoid Robots by 2025

China is planning to build superior humanoid robots by 2025, demonstrating its goal to become a worldwide leader in a variety of technology fields. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has unveiled a comprehensive plan for accomplishing this aim, which includes cultivating rising enterprises in the sector, setting industry standards, promoting talent, and supporting international collaboration.
The ministry’s guidelines for the development of humanoid robots aim at erecting an innovation system for humanoid robots by 2025. By 2027, they aim to boost its technology innovation in humanoid robotics significantly, form a secure and reliable industry chain and supply chain system, construct a globally competitive industry ecology, and reach a world-class level of comprehensive strength, as per bnn.
