To speed up the adoption of AI for CRM by enterprises globally across industries, IBM and Salesforce have established a partnership. Together, the two businesses assist customers in revolutionizing the experiences of their partners, partners, and employees while assisting in the protection of their data.

With the use of generative AI, IBM Consulting and Salesforce are collaborating with our common clients to accelerate business changes. Customers now have access to the following:

Driving the adoption of AI technology: IBM Consulting will assist customers in implementing Salesforce AI technologies by using its industry knowledge, cutting-edge delivery methods, and IBM Garage methodology. IBM Garage is an operational model for business transformation. This strategy aims to facilitate effective integration between Einstein, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Slack, four of Salesforce's AI products.

Integrating data and insights: IBM Consulting can supplement Salesforce's generative AI capabilities with IBM Watsonx, an enterprise-ready AI and data platform that supports open standards, in addition to assisting clients with the efficient deployment of those solutions. To assist in creating dynamic user and staff experiences, Watsonx can uncover the data that is locked in backend systems.

Increasing value via delivery: Shared clients will have access to a number of AI experience and implementation accelerators through IBM Consulting Managed Services for Salesforce. Customers may deploy, grow, and improve Salesforce with the support of this delivery and management approach. For instance, IBM Data Classifier, an AI-powered program trained on data models particular to different industries, aids in speeding up the data mapping process.

"We see how the need to increase employee productivity while simultaneously elevating the customer experience with speed, personalization, and convenience has surged exponentially," said Matt Candy, Global Managing Partner, Generative AI, IBM Consulting. "Through our collaboration with Salesforce, we can help empower enterprise clients to scale and accelerate the adoption of generative AI that will support them to meet their business needs."
