Darwinbox and PwC India Join Hands For Enterprise HR Transformation

Darwinbox, the human resource technology startup, and PwC India have established a strategic relationship to provide HR innovations and transformation solutions to businesses throughout the nation.
The partnership will drive HR technology and digital transformation for Indian organisations by combining Darwinbox’s human capital management (HCM) software-as-a-service offerings with PwC India’s industry expertise, PwC India said, as per economic times.
“India has a rapidly evolving workforce, and the need for efficient and agile HR solutions has never been greater,” it said.
The alliance aims to provide considerable value to India's HR environment by providing organizations with workforce management tools, information, and support.
Darwinbox cofounder Jayant Paleti said, “By blending PwC's vast industry expertise with our innovative HR technology, we are poised to redefine the HR landscape as we continue to build for the future of work. We look forward to the collective impact our partnership will have on transforming HR."
After collecting $72 million at a $1 billion value, the HR IT business achieved unicorn status in January 2022. It provides HR automation procedures to over 900 worldwide organizations with over 2.5 million workers in over 110 countries.
