Lt Gen Sarath Chand (Retd), CEO of Trentar's manufacturing business, announced the merger and stated that it will allow both companies to benefit from each other's resources, R&D capabilities, and best practises in addition to creating synergy and focus. A stronger, more competitive UAV design and development company will result from the combination, which will enable it to provide great value to stakeholders, customers, and staff.
The amalgamated company, which will continue to employ every TM Aerospace employee, will conduct business as RFLY Innovations Pvt. Ltd., according to Gen. Sarath Chand. The leadership team will aim to increase productivity and find fresh chances for expansion and innovation.
He added that the Trentar group has begun to develop unmanned helicopter platforms for both logistics and surveillance in high-altitude terrains while still concentrating on fixed wing and multi rotor platforms to meet the needs of the Army, Police, and Paramilitary Forces stationed there.
In accordance with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, the company is also diligently working on developing the necessary technology, along with the components and subsystems, in India. To be at the cutting edge of UAV technology and to continue to satisfy the changing needs of its clients, the company will continue to invest in research and development.
