Beacon EmbeddedWorks, has declared the acquisition of Diamond Technologies, Inc. (DTI), a leading developer of tailored solutions for data collecting, automation, and industrial communications.

Beacon EmbeddedWorks (Beacon) has been providing innovative System-on-Modules (SOMs) and embedded products to critical applications and regulated industries for over 20 years. This has allowed customers to launch their devices more quickly and with less risk. DTI is joining the Beacon cluster of US-based embedded technology companies with their complementary technology.

Beacon and DTI will collaborate on the aim of developing sophisticated embedded technologies and solutions for regulated and industrial customers, as well as providing unrivaled service and support.
