The move strengthens and expands the combined company’s services and presence across the United States.

Under the private deal, Synapsis, Infomatics, RiverPoint will continue to serve the healthcare, auto, financial services, manufacturing, governmentsectors, while also providing value-added services on the back of MSR’s specialty areas of cloud, data and AI applications.
