Please walk us through the complete cycle of your client engagement process, right from understanding their specific requirements to rendering the final services.
Understanding the specific problems of our customers is crucial, much like how a doctor assesses vital information about a patient. We engage in detailed discussions to gain insights into their unique challenges. Based on these insights, we create tailored scenarios that offer precise solutions to their problems. We then create a sandbox or private experience to evaluate how effectively it addresses the specific problem on a small scale. Through iterative testing and implementation, we refine the necessary methods before deploying them on a larger scale. Despite this comprehensive process, the good news is that it takes surprisingly little time due to our minimal integration requirements.

What is the future roadmap of your company?
We constantly innovate and refine our offerings to surpass competitors. Today, we're thrilled to introduce a new feature that enhances our product without unnecessary complexities. By integrating supplier performance metrics, we address the need for measurable insights across the supply chain, including shipping lines. Subjective evaluations have limitations, lacking the quantifiable data required for effective governance and improvement. Our system now incorporates a backend algorithm that compiles a performance metrics dashboard, allowing customers to objectively assess supplier performance. These measurements are consolidated into a balanced scorecard and external score, simplifying supplier selection. The automatic measurement of performance is an exciting enhancement, providing advanced capabilities to our product. Our Supplier Relationship and Performance Management module, which is launching in the fourth quarter of 2023, enables enterprises to boost supplier performance and reduce risk by centralizing all key information, documentation, and lifecycle processes. Operational ratings accelerate the identification of supplier issues and calculation of the impact on procurement and supply chain. User comments also provide key insights on response time, accuracy, and process automation. Buyers can select and manage suppliers based on specific parameters, including categories and types of products, location, and facility capabilities.
