In the past, VIAS3D has undertaken profitable acquisitions in the USA and Mexico as part of its expansion plan in order to dramatically expand its reach in both established and developing areas.

With the goal of extending the reach to both core and growing industries, this acquisition is being made with the intention of adding value for Indian and international clients. By focusing on the development of its products for sectors including aerospace, high technology, manufacturing, and electric vehicles, VIAS3D hopes to double its revenue by 2025, rising at a rate of 30% to 50% CAGR annually.

“This will help innovative companies to adopt the best-in-class product development solutions. The combined customer base will also add to VIAS3D’s outreach from private companies to now providing services and solutions to the Government sector as well.” He added.

Manmadhan MK, the founder of CADmarC, said, “CADmarC Software and VIAS3D share common values of placing customers first and offering deep technical expertise to help them succeed. We are confident that VIAS3D will continue to provide strong customer support and attention to our clients.”
