Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales and regulatory automation solutions for the insurance and financial services industries, announced today the latest release of the FireLight® SaaS e-application solution, which included the launch of an offline iPad native app with e-signature, key workflow flexibility enhancements to provide support for Not In Good Order (NIGO) application resolution along with special review only forms for the review workflows, and increased administrative tools to help clients manage their platform.

To complement the existing offline e-application capabilities of FireLight, the 2.8 release delivers the industry's first to market, offline iPad native e-application app with full reflexive questioning, complete rule functionality, and offline e-signature capture. The FireLight eApp™ iPad app provides FireLight users immediate and secure account access to capture client data on up-to-date carrier applications and capture client signatures through a step-by-step offline process for a true mobile application sales experience. Data and signatures are securely synced to the FireLight web solution through a check-in process when web connectivity is available for secure mobile sales capabilities.

With the release of FireLight 2.8, Insurance Technologies continues to make advancements to provide scalable and flexible solutions to the industry. FireLight 2.8 delivers robust NIGO processing, additional Review Queue form options, and advanced e-signing process with additional layers of identity authentication. These solution advancements provide the comprehensive capabilities to meet evolving regulatory requirements, client workflows, and the progressing emphasis on advisor/client sales experience.

"We value our clients and strive to provide solutions for their real world use cases beyond the initial application," said Katherine Dease, VP of Product Management, Insurance Technologies. "To meet our clients' needs, we added enhancements to address workflow pain points. These enhancements will allow our clients to use FireLight to meet broader workflows, which will also lead to greater adoption."

The FireLight 2.8 release also includes administrative tool enhancements to provide additional flexibility to FireLight clients to self-manage their FireLight environment, forms, rules and tailored workflows; thus, delivering more control to clients, increasing their speed to market.

Insurance Technologies continues to partner with their clients to advance the FireLight electronic application solution and deliver a SaaS solution that clients can grow with. All FireLight release enhancements are automatically available at no additional cost to all FireLight carrier and distributor clients.
