Replit, one of the major players in the vibe coding space, has partnered with Microsoft to have a much larger reach in the business sector. Through this deal, Replit is now available via subscription on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, which supports corporate adoption and integration.
Additionally, the deal means that there are Replit integrations now available with several Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure Container Apps, Virtual Machines, and Neon Serverless Postgres. Each integration allows the user to take advantage of the Azure infrastructure to build and deploy applications more efficiently.
Amjad Masad, CEO and Co-Founder of Replit said, "Our mission is to empower entrepreneurial individuals to transform ideas into software- regardless of their coding experience or whether they’re launching a startup or innovating within an enterprise. Forward-thinking companies like Zillow are already using Replit to rapidly prototype, build internal tools, and address unique business challenges with custom software solutions".

Replit’s platform offers the ability for its users even the most novice of coding users to build web applications using simple natural language prompts and then modify them easily. This is part of a larger trend towards low-code, AI-supported development capabilities that are intended to remove the barriers to software development with non-technical teams.
Deb Cupp, President, Microsoft Americas stated, "Our collaboration with Replit democratizes application development, enabling business teams across enterprises to innovate and solve problems without traditional technical barriers".
CEO Amjad Masad recently said that Replit's annual recurring revenue grew from $10 million to $100 million in six months—that's an amazing increase and it speaks to Replit's popularity and the demand for easy to use dev platforms.
With the backing of Microsoft, Replit will enable even more organizations to innovate faster and safer while limiting the traditional barriers to software development.
