The Integer Group®, one of the world's largest promotional, retail, and shopper marketing agencies, today named Todd Brandes as Senior Vice President, Integrated Commerce, as well as promoted key executives within the agency's digital practice. This is a transformative time for The Integer Group, as the network has placed a significant focus on digital talent and structure in support of its mission to lead the evolution of shopper marketing.

Brandes joins The Integer Group from DigitasLBi, where he served as SVP, Group Account Director, responsible for developing cutting-edge, integrated marketing programs for MillerCoors, Motorola and Sprint. Prior to DigitasLBi, Brandes worked at OMD and DDB, creating many of the most industry-recognized campaigns and digital experiences for the world's largest companies. In his new role, Brandes will help to lead The Integer Group's ideation and delivery of integrated, commerce-driven programs, specifically focusing on the MillerCoors business to start.

Promotions include Terry Logan, who has moved into the role of Vice President, Head of Venture & Experience Design for the Retail Arts Lab, one of the agency's most sought-after client offerings. Through technology and storytelling, the Retail Arts Lab delivers new approaches to foster innovation at retail, creating technology-driven shopping experiences to stimulate commerce. Ben Kennedy has been promoted to Vice President, Market Development & Digital Ventures. In this role, Kennedy will anticipate the evolution of digital and design commerce solutions to meet current and future client needs.

In addition to these executive appointments, The Integer Group has invested in talent and organizational structure to ensure business leaders deliver integrated commerce solutions with vertical expertise. The agency has significantly expanded its portfolio of specialists within the Retail Arts Lab, Digitail® (eCommerce and eRetail), UX/UI, Social Media, and Creative Technology/Delivery.

"We've invested in best-in-class professionals and established specialized teams, such as our 'Maker Team' that tweets in a minute, Instagrams in an hour and YouTubes in a day, to produce and deliver in real-time," said Morgan McAlenney, Executive Vice President, Digital for The Integer Group. "Collectively, we are shaping the 'total consumer experience,' spanning the breadth of touch points that power transactions."

Added Mike Sweeney, CEO of The Integer Group, "We must evolve as the shopper journey evolves. We were at the forefront of retail's convergence with digital when we established our Digitail® practice in 2008; and now, with shopping happening anytime and anywhere, a new tipping point has been reached. We must meet the demands of the modern shopper by creating and elevating consumer experiences with a focus on commerce."
