
Ipsos acquires AI-powered enterprise platform Xperiti to strengthen its B2B research capabilities

The online platform of Xperiti uses AI technology to hire specialists from over 90 industries and 130 countries in real-time, enabling customers to swiftly and effectively surface subject-matter expertise. By establishing a sizable, international B2B Expert Insights Platform, this acquisition will significantly increase Ipsos' efficiency, speed for hiring experts, scale and optimise its B2B research capabilities, and grow into adjacent products.

The platform from Xperiti gives users access to calls with distinctive industry specialists. The calls are transcribed by Xperiti using speech-to-text software, and natural language processing is used to return actionable insights in the form of call summaries, analytics, and expert consensus.
