
World Bank and Forward MENA Collaboarate With Simplilearn To Digitally Upskill Youth

The first group of more than 70 students were successfully trained in four months by Simplilearn, the largest digital skills bootcamp in the world, in the roles of UI/UX Design Expert and DevOps Engineer. The training programme featured cutting-edge curriculum that was jointly developed by top institutions and businesses. It also featured live lectures taught by business professionals and practical projects from leading businesses. The top 25 crucial digital roles for any organisation have been recognised by Simplilearn, and training curricula have been developed that are relevant to these roles.
Speaking on the partnership with World Bank and Forward MENA to upskill youth in the Middle East, Mr. Eric Martorano, Chief Revenue Officer for Commercial Business, Simplilearn, said, "There is growing demand for digital skills in the Middle East where companies are short of talent. With the world swiftly embracing newer tech skills, we have seen a rising interest and enthusiasm among graduates and professionals to upskill.
