Syntel began its journey with CDOT and Analog EPABX systems, and today is a leading manufacturer of world-class NEOS range of EPABX systems which includes Hybrid/ IP/SIP/Digital/Analog systems starting from 8 ports to 500 ports. Syntel also has become one of the largest premium distribution partners for NEC-Japan and Alcatel Lucent Enterprise. Syntel revenues now exceed Rs.100 Cr with a strong country wide network of 300 partners. Syntel achieved a sizeable market and subsequently acquired a leading System Integrator Enkay Technologies in 2017, who has been a market leader in the hospitality industry and offered Unified Communications and Audio Visual solutions across various enterprise verticals. Today this Enkay acquisition has evolved into a separate System Integration (SI) arm and is a leading end-to-end solutions provider offering innovative convergence solutions in Enterprise Communications, Network Infrastructure, Audio Visual (AV) and Security Surveillance to leading Enterprise Customers across various verticals including manufacturing, IT/ITeS, BFSI, hospitality, retail & government/PSU. The SI arm today serves major Enterprise customers across India and 5 other SAARC countries retaining its leadership in the hospitality segment.
