The Department of the Air Force can now access User Experience Monitoring (UEM) on Cloud One as an enterprise service, according to Omni Federal, a top supplier of cutting-edge technological solutions for the DoD. UEM offers more in-depth, thorough insights into how airmen use digital apps and enterprise-wide services because it was developed in collaboration with Business and Enterprise Systems Product INovation (BESPIN). UEM makes it possible to make data-driven decisions while developing and managing digital services and applications for airmen, which boosts the effectiveness of those programmes.

 

Senior Leaders will now be able to monitor the usability ratings and performance indicators of their team, while at the enterprise level, they can monitor standard performance indicators for all apps. Product Owners and Software Factories will be able to monitor the effectiveness of the tools and services that are part of their portfolio and monitor standard success indicators for all applications. Product Teams will be able to assess the functionality and performance of the product and provide stakeholders with reliable data and success metrics.
