
Royal Jordanian Airlines widens technology agreement with tech provider Sabre

Royal Jordanian will continue to provide its material to the broad network of travel agents and organisations worldwide connected to Sabre's GDS under the enlarged deal. In addition, the airline will implement a suite of Sabre-leading technology, including Dynamic availability, Fares Manager, and Fares Optimizer. Use of these solutions can assist Royal Jordanian Airlines in transitioning to a more flexible and modern environment while also helping its growth.
"We have ambitious plans to double our fleet and operations within the coming 3-5 years and to position Royal Jordanian as the carrier of choice connecting Jordan and Levant with the world," said Karim Makhlouf, chief commercial officer, Royal Jordanian. By integrating shopping data, automating fare changes, and providing dynamic pricing capabilities to create recommendations that assist drive incremental revenue opportunities, Dynamic Availability enables airlines to achieve better control of their pricing position. Fares Manager and Fares Optimizer, on the other hand, integrate end-to-end automation and intelligence into airline pricing in order to boost analyst productivity and revenue prospects.
