MEDGULF partners with Software firm Newgen to digitize their motor claims process

The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF), KSA, has chosen Newgen to modernise its auto claims process, according to Newgen Software, a global provider of low code digital transformation platform.

The business will drive end-to-end process automation, improve the effectiveness of its insurance claims process, and increase overall productivity by utilising Newgen's Insurance Claims Processing System, built on the NewgenONE Digital Transformation Platform.
