
Tech Firm Prodapt Appoints Harsha Kumar as CEO

As per firm, Kumar will direct people and delivery while leading strategy and managing business operations. Every layer of the connection sector has clients that Prodapt serves with technological services and consulting, including global communications, media, and technology companies.

In the coming years, Prodapt will be the default partner of choice in the connectedness industry and shape the way people, enterprises, and machines engage with each other,” Kumar said in a statement.
Since taking over as president seven years ago, Kumar, according to Prodapt, has helped identify growth plans, generate impressive outcomes, scale practise areas, cultivate leadership potential, and create a solid operations organisation.
"Harsha has been a big strength and partner to me over these years. His discipline and focus on execution have been critical to Prodapt’s leadership position in the Connectedness vertical. With Harsha at the helm, Prodapt will continue to break new ground and solve our customers’ complex business challenges,” Jhaver said in a statement.
Prior to joining Prodapt, Kumar had a number of executive positions in the technology services sector. He has also had great success incubating and scaling a number of firms that have expanded into sizable divisions.
Prior to it, he also helped create a business that produced software. He has degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, and the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
