360Learning, the global leader in collaborative learning SaaS, has acquired eLamp, a game-changing AI-powered skills platform. The purchase is part of 360Learning's aim to become the go-to learning platform for global enterprises looking to reskill and upskill their employees from inside.

 

Skills are the major challenge for businesses of all sizes, acting as a bottleneck to growth and preventing them from competing with challengers. This problem is only set to grow in complexity: the World Economic Forum predicts that 50% of employees will need new skills by 2025.
