UIpath To Transform Indian Professionals with AI and Automation Skills

US-settled venture automation software company UiPath is intending to furnish 5 lakh Indians with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation skills by 2027, as indicated by an organization explanation.
 
The company announced, at the 2024 UiPath Academic Summit held in Bengaluru, a slew of initiatives to increase upskilling opportunities for Indians. These programmes aim to ensure access and opportunity for Indians to take on new roles in the era of AI and automation, it said, as per ET.
 
UiPath is growing its organization with FutureSkills Prime, a joint drive of industry body Nasscom and the electronics and IT ministry, and plans to present two new learning plans for business investigators and test mechanization experts. The new course maps plan to satisfy the rising need for skilled automation professionals in India and make fair and open pathways for people to take up arising position, the organization said. 
 
To guarantee further democratization of digital upskilling opportunities, the organization will give 100 grants consistently throughout the following three years for financially burdened people to seek after UiPath certificates. It is additionally working with its ecosystem to execute programmed interview open doors for people moving on from UiPath Scholarly Union accomplice organizations.
 
This platform will offer internships as well as full-time positions, giving UiPath certification holders access to entry-level positions in the UiPath ecosystem. 
 
The firm is additionally set to send off 50 automation skills labs in different colleges in India, growing open doors for understudies to propel their computerization abilities and mastery.
