Hexaware, a leader in IT services and digital solutions globally, is pleased to announce a partnership with Microsoft to advance technology for companies that are ready for the future by using the potential of generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The foundation of this partnership is Tenjin for Knowledge Services, a knowledge ecosystem solution from Hexaware. Tenjin creates dynamic, scalable, and highly accurate information ecosystems by using the disruptive potential of generative AI technology. It removes the limitations of traditional knowledge builders, gives businesses better collaboration and knowledge distribution tools, and paves the path for more informed choices and higher levels of consumer satisfaction.

Powerful features of the proprietary platform, which makes use of Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, include an intuitive user interface (UI), unique learning modules, seamless connectivity with partner ecosystems, and configurable dashboards with useful insights.

Organizations have experienced a tenfold improvement in efficiency, a 30–40% rise in customer satisfaction, and an 80% decrease in knowledge ecosystem management costs with Tenjin for Knowledge Services. To protect sensitive customer data in real-time interactions while enabling their customer support team to obtain the knowledge they required, for example, a multinational financial services organization was able to use Tenjin's knowledge ecosystem and the functionality. Their customer service metrics significantly improved as a result, and data-related hazards decreased.

Siddharth Dhar, Corporate Vice President & Global Head – Digital IT Operations at Hexaware, stated, "Our vision is to empower businesses in building a robust AI foundation that scales securely and responsibly, keeping them at the forefront of technological evolution. We are committed to building on our momentum with Microsoft on AI-driven solutions and co-innovating to enable businesses to realize comprehensive business value at an unprecedented pace."
