Capgemini has developed a Generative AI for CX Foundry for Salesforce clients, building on its momentum in generative AI and customer experience (CX) capabilities. The Foundry is the latest service in Capgemini's portfolio that uses the revolutionary power of generative AI to fuel innovation and accelerate corporate value and growth.

By automating customised content generation in a secure, ethical, and responsible manner, the Generative AI for CX Foundry will create hyper-personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Jean-Marc Gaultier, Head of Group Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships at Capgemini said, “The new Generative AI for CX Foundry for clients using Salesforce combines Capgemini’s deep expertise in CX and AI implementations across sectors with Salesforce’s industry-leading CRM platform, enabling clients to deliver solutions efficiently and at scale, using the power of generative AI.”

This alliance, with responsible and ethical AI at its foundation, will create reimagined journeys to delight customers in a safe and trusted environment, he continued.

Capgemini has been working with clients on generative AI for some time and focuses on assisting organizations in defining their generative AI strategy, prioritizing use cases, developing and deploying them at scale. The Generative AI for CX Foundry will assist clients leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce's AI technology, in accelerating their generative AI investments by investigating industry-specific CX use cases.

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Foundry from Capgemini is a collection of techniques, assets, and capabilities that enable clients to undertake transformational CX projects at scale. According to the company, this latest development of the DCX Foundry will enable more productive cooperation between teams, resulting in efficient, integrated generative AI solutions tailored to the client's existing IT infrastructure, data models, and business processes.
