The business technology consultant Storm Technology has declared that their new cloud-based ERP system is fostering innovation in the hospitality industry.

With the new solution, Storm Technology, which already collaborates with the Gleneagle, Doyle Collection, and Staycity, intends to expand its current portfolio of hospitality clients throughout Ireland and the UK. Whether they are standalone businesses or part of smaller hospitality groups, it targets all varieties of establishments in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, breweries, bars, and restaurants.

The cloud-based mid-market ERP solution for small and medium-sized hospitality enterprises has been built to monitor, track, and control all activities across all departments, from the warehouse to finance to front of house. It is hosted on Microsoft's Business Central platform.

This end-to-end product has the capacity to centralise dispersed systems and domains into a single platform in addition to automating and streamlining procedures. It can also be customised to each customer's unique needs and combined with other technology.

Because it can provide accounting reports in a variety of forms, it can be especially helpful for finance departments. For instance, the new ERP solution makes it easier to distribute marketing campaign spending among several businesses and regions.

Additionally, the ERP hospitality system gives staff improved real-time visibility into reservations and inventory levels, enabling firms to better manage their workforce as well as orders and supplies.

The solution can increase accessibility, productivity, and efficiency across organisations by allowing workers to collaborate on a single platform and automating administrative processes. Businesses can then free up resources to concentrate on more important duties like customer service.

The platform is completely backed up in terms of security and data protection, and users will receive ongoing support from Storm Technology, which has more than 25 years of experience in the field and has successfully completed thousands of digital projects.

Storm Technology's Chief Commercial Officer, Mike Lillis, stated: "The hotel industry has seen significant disruption in recent years. Additionally, firms are managing a variety of tasks and procedures using sometimes out-of-date methods and technologies.

"We intend to revitalise and modernise how these companies, from family-run restaurants to smaller hospitality groups, do business with the help of our new ERP hospitality solution. This solution, which is simple to use and scalable, has the potential to have an impact, provide additional value, and maximise return on investment for clients, both now and in the future.

"Along with creative solutions that save costs and increase productivity, we are motivated by customer success and take great satisfaction in providing unmatched customer service. By maintaining a relentless emphasis on client success, we assist our clients in scaling up their businesses.
