Competitive Cracker: Turning Dreams Into Reality Through Effective Competitive Examination Coaching
Competitive government examinations in India play a vital role in providing employment to the aspiring population of the country. However, the pandemic outbreak has created new gateways for online education and government service preparation is no exception. Competitive Cracker from Kerala is one of the pioneer e-learning platforms which was established in 2016 well before this pandemic outbreak and has grown its expertise in providing online classes to aspirants for government service examinations, starting out only from a simple YouTube channel.“As a B.tech graduate from Kulanada, Kerala, I started my career as an analyst programmer, at Galileo GDS which provided me ample exposure to the world of technology that nourished the roots of my online career" says Asha Bineesh, Founder & Managing Director of Competitive Cracker.
"Being a passionate learner and teacher, I started studying for various competitive exams and developed a great vision in supporting those who aspire for a secured job and work life balance", she adds. After quitting her IT job, Asha commenced a YouTube channel in 2016 with educational videos that gained great recognition not just from students but from house wives as well. The appreciation and confidence she won encouraged her to start a coaching center for offline competitive examination coaching in Kakkanad in the same year. “Currently, we are only based in the state of Kerala and are providing coaching for all kinds of government service examinations starting with PSC. People who fall in the age group of 18-42 years are our prime customers", states Asha.

Journey So Far & The Way Ahead
The online sessions were first started for PSC and K TET (Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test, qualifying state exam for teachers) in 2016 which gained the reputation for being the pioneer in the field of K TET online coaching. Competitive Cracker marked its success and identity bagging top ranks when the results for Secretariate Assistant Exam which was much awaited by many aspirants were declared in May, 2019. In the recent results announced by Kerala PSC competitive cracker marked its signature by bagging 1500 plus ranks which is one of the best ever results that can ever be achieved by any online platform.
"As the Founder and Managing Director of Competitive Cracker, I feel very proud to support more than 70 plus employees and among them a vast majority is women who have a strong desire to get uplifted to the higher recognition level. I am thankful to all my well-wishers and employees for helping me to be what I am now. “Moving ahead, we would like to expand our services to the remote areas of Kerala and in the next 2-3 years, we also want to have our presence in the state of Tamil Nadu”, concludes Asha.
