Atal Innovation Mission Partners With Freshworks To Empower AIM Startup Innovators
For providing tremendous support to the innovators and entrepreneurs from India, Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog entered into partnership with Freshworks Inc. Freshworks is a customer-engagement software company, and the partnership will increase the efficacy of the institutions and startups in the AIM portfolio. It will also foster innovation and entrepreneurship for the startup innovators.
With the partnership, Freshworks will be able to provide credits for its range of products to AIM and its beneficiaries, empowering startups for functioning efficiently alongside keeping a tab on costs and related activities. Credits include Freshsales Sales CRM Software, Freshdesk – Customer Support Software, Freshchat – Customer Messaging Software, Fresh Release – Agile Project Management Software, Freshcaller – Cloud Technology Software, Freshmarketer – Marketing Automation Software, Freshteam – HR Management Software, Freshservice – and IT service management software.
Going by the Statement of Intent (SoI), Freshworks will include a white-glove on-boarding for startups, including functional training in sales, marketing and customer support use of cloud technology, delivering better customer experience.
Freshworks resources and mentorship for startups will be available, which includes accessing virtual or physical office hours to interface with functional leaders from Freshworks and an extended mentor network.
In collaboration with AIM, various webinars will be organized, which includes workshops, training of modules and related topics.
