SAN FRANCISCO,CA: Bigcommerce a provider of ecommerce software and shopping cart software solutions, partners with Square, a financial service, merchant services aggregator and mobile payments services provider, for business expansion and online product selling.

Through this collaboration, small and mid-sized brick-and-mortar retailers will gain the power to connect to customer, inventory and transaction data through various channels. Customers of Square can now set up branded online stores by leveraging Bigcommerce tools. Cost effective data migration, store customization and personal training is offered to the customers by Bigcommerce apart from built-in marketing tools for increasing sales. Bigcommerce helps their clients to customize their store through API and HTML/CSS editor, or by leveraging the apps provided in their app stores.  Bigcommerce rolls out timely automatic software upgrades, servers and PCI compliance support for Bigcommerce stores.

On the other hand, Square facilitates agile and real time tracking of sales through Square register by recording payments and, issuing of refunds. Square also helps in the efficient management of inventory, regardless of the place. These inventories can be setup easily which in turn alerts the customer in case of products being out of stock. Square Register’s other functionalities include sending the receipts via emails, printing them and, also gives options to customize the receipts with business’s logo and a photo.
