Tech Data, a part of global technology distributor TD Synnex, has deepened its partnership with HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, to expand its reach across key markets in the Asia Pacific and Japan. Building on an existing collaboration in Hong Kong, the partnership now includes India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Thailand.
The move is strategic as HCLSoftware looks to transform into a distributor-based organization in every part of the world, using the strong distribution Channels of Tech Data to fast-track the deployment of its enterprise quality software solutions in various industries.
The Asia Pacific software market is poised for significant growth, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 14.11%, reaching $571.46 billion by 2030. “In Asia Pacific, demand for software solutions is projected to grow at 14.11% CAGR and reach $571.46 billion by 2030. Tech Data will distribute and support HCLSoftware’s portfolio, including HCL AppScan, BigFix, Commerce, Domino, and Workload Automation, while providing partners with local presales and technical enablement resources to enhance market penetration. In a related development, HCLSoftware recently partnered with the Swiss Network in India, including the Embassy of Switzerland, Swiss Business Hub India, and Swissnex, to join the Indo-Swiss Innovation
The Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA), this platform is geared towards forging bilateral cooperation and developing digital infrastructure as well as innovation in terms of technology between India and Switzerland. This partnership positions Tech Data and HCLSoftware to capitalize on the growing demand for innovative software solutions, driving digital transformation across the region.
