Through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the organisations will develop solutions for HR data and analytics, scale the use of automation tools, and improve employee experience.
To improve Aramco's staff learning and development opportunities and close skill gaps, Infosys will use AI. This will assist Aramco in identifying talent and matching individuals with job openings.
The cooperation also plans to investigate how AI-powered learning might optimise repetitive HR management duties by saving time and effort during training delivery.
Insights from AI-powered research will be used to track ROI, support Aramco's algorithmic decision-making, and help the company recognise trends and locate effective hiring channels.
“Infosys’ programs for learning and development have been acknowledged and benchmarked globally and we take great pride in them. Through this collaboration, we intend to bring our digital expertise and tools to Aramco’s HR practice to deliver a world-class employee experience,” said Ashiss Kumar Dash, EVP & Global Head - Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy, Infosys.
